I am begging you for my freedom
Just a will to go back home
Far away from these rudimentary gains
Far away from these crimes and games.
I know, I've inflicted a lot of grief
To everybody I've turned myself on
I beg forgiveness and in good faith
Wish to be extradited with the next rising sun.
This night, I wash my hands all clean
This morn, I wish just to go
My men are waiting just like me
To have a glimpse of me, no more.
Please exonerate me, I'll testify
Against every con that has been friend all life
All I ask in return from you
Is to spare my children and wife.
I'd do whatever sentence you put
But see my wife now and then
I'd be a reformed person, no doubt
Never commit such acts ever again.
I hope you will consider my appeal
I'll lay down wherever you say
But please keep my family out of this
I'm desperate enough to all I may.
[I've been watching Prison Break lately and seems it has started to affect my poems as well.]
