Jingle bells, jingle bells
Santa's on his way
But you cannot hear him anymore
On his new electric sleigh.
Although quite keen to be all green
Someone heard him say
He wasn't very happy when
They took his reindeer away.
From one house to another
He leaves children toys to play
Slipping through the chimney
Until night turns to day.
In the morning, he sees a mirror
And is shocked to see his face
Black as coal with soot on it
Santa drops upon the fireplace.
When he comes back to his senses
His face is blue with disgrace
To reduce the carbon footprint
Should only help to serve our case.
Santa leaves the Christmas presents
And says, the least I can do
Is to bring my working men
To clean up all this flue.
Engineers have worked hard enough
To build technologies that are better and green
Adopt and promote these innovations
To undo all the wrong that you've been doing.
